Base pricing for a 1 month program with no progressions. ex: progressive loading adaptations that would be included in 3 month & 6 month packages.

Plan Includes

  • 5 workouts with Pre & Post workout requirements. Stretches, progress checks, & nutritional accountability.

  • Accountability: 1 Check in per week via Facetime or Phone call with coach.

  • 1 on 1 personal training with workouts based on your goals, gym equipment, & current fitness level.

How it works

  • You will be sent 5 workouts that will run repeatedly over the course of the month.
  • Each workout is based around your goals and your fitness level. (safety is priority #1, every client will answer a questionnaire before starting plan)
  • Follow exercises directly through the app and start crushing your goals.
