Group Training is a great way to create a competitive & team friendly atmosphere. Group Training is held with groups of up to 10 clients per session with exercises to match all levels of clients.

Plan Includes

  • Each session will take up to an hour long.

  • Pre/Post workout stretches

  • Full Body Workouts with different emphasis each day
