3 training phases that cover 3 months. Each Phase includes a fully programmed workout with pre & post workout requirements. Stretches, progress checks, & nutritional accountability. Workouts with progressive loading adaptations that carry into months 2 & 3.
Accountability: 1 Check in per week via Facetime call with coach.
1 on 1 personal training with workouts based on your goals, gym equipment, & current fitness level.
