8 week Sports Enhancement Program with workouts split into 3 week Phases including: Muscular Endurance, Eccentric/Isometric training, & power training. Each Phase has built in mobility work to increase flexibility & strength through full range of motion. Speed & agility training is another component to this course with added plyometric drills/exercises.

  • 8 workouts. Pre/Post Stretches. Speed/Agility exercises. Conditioning exercises.

How it works

  • Each workout will be completed online with specific weight and reps/sets to accomplish. Weights and reps/sets depend on phase of off/in season the athlete may be in.
